The FCA and Groupe PSA merger has been completed

Say goodbye to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles & Peugeot Société Anonyme as Stellantis takes over.

Midway through last year, rumours arose about a possible merger between FCA and PSA, followed by a rebranding to ‘Stellantis’ – and now in January of 2021, the merger is done and the rebranding has been completed.

As of today, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and Peugeot S.A. (Groupe PSA) will from be known as Stellantis N.V. (Stellantis).

Shares for Stellantis begin trading on Euronext in Paris and Mercato Telematico Azionario in Milan on Monday, the 18th of January, and on the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday January 19 with the stock symbol ‘STLA’.
